Red Dead Dedemption - Back to the long forgotten wild west.

Games like RDR don't come very often and when they do, they take the majority of casual and core gamers by surprise, both by bringing them together online and by setting the standards regarding the quality of gameplay, story, music and graphics, while offering amazing online game expansions, and also snatching the game of the year award of 2010.
Not being a fan of "Rockstars" "GTA" series, and upon discovering the amazing engine behind RDR and immersing plot that accompanied the game i was totally knocked off my feet for a full month and a half.
Not only did i get back some 15 years of lost western movies, i also learned how to ride a horse, herd cattle, throw a lasso, and all one needs to know in order to become a true cowboy \ gunslinger.
Visually this game is stunning to look at and the plot will keep you playing it while there's a healthy abundance of side missions and mini games to keep you busy if you happen to be low on cash or feel like not following the storyline, and also an online Social club to add new challenges to the game and win you some goodies.
the characters you'll meet feature amazing depth and will definitely be missed by the time you're done playing the main story so take your time.

If killing hoards of zombies is more your type of thing then you can get the "Undead Nightmare" expansion disc (highly recommended!!) and features a new storyline which will put you at the midst of a zombie overrun wild west and introduces new weapons, mounts, characters, online games, and lots more.

This video game really rocks and will keep you playing for a very long time and even after you've finished it there's more of it to discover online.

this title totally deserves the game of the year award as its simply MASSIVE!

Be-Witched!

Being a witch is more than one would expect,..
Bayonetta isn't just some boring "east-witch" crap whatever, she's the most brutal angel killing British cunt you've ever had a chance to impersonate.
when it comes to character design and animation, Bayonetta's definitely a true virtue, a masterpiece of an entity and an extraordinary villain.

sarcasm takes on a new form in terms of dialogue and cinematic cheesiness throughout the quest to become aware of ones identity.

after waking from a very long slumber and not knowing why you're a crazy sexy cool tongue biting witch you get to battle the forces of good, and evil all while gaining new ability's, combos (plenty!!), supernatural powers, along with brewing your own healing, fighting, and protection potions by yourself just like a real witch would do in "Sega- land".

Bayonetta is somewhat like devil may cry (4) but 3 times better and on steroids.
Dodging enemies enables Bayonetta to perform more of her tease actions in less time which becomes essential very fast and you get a good choice of weapons to master and plenty of torture going on to peel those eyelids.
more than a handful of pleasing moments to look forward to during the plot of the game, and a very good soundtrack to go along with this title definitely left its mark on me and has provided megatons of pure hardcore gaming into my living room.
I truely urge you to try it out as the pleasure mass this game compiles within itself is simply indescribable.

Never before Bayonetta have i played the same level more than thirty times just for the pure joy of it!!(and earnin' "halos") "Mad-world" fans will love this title!!.

Heavy Rain: yesterday i woke up twice...

Just came out about a week or so and already quite the success story for a game which successfully delivers some old fashioned gaming concepts retouched and revamped only to create an exceptional game-play experience with the added twist of providing the player with a solid, believable, entertaining and actually interesting Plot.

As the title suggests i have received the game only moments after waking up and (being the true gamer I am) had to play it immediately before leaving home for work, and so after auto-downloading the patch i found myself folding a funny piece of origami paper following the on screen instructions while the game was installing and readying itself for play on the PS3.

Heavy rain allows the player to control 4 different characters who serve specific roles in the story and
leads you through each chapter as a different character.
First thing you do is get your 1st main character out of bed and onto his daily routines, and proceeds into the film noir style plot which awaits you as the origami killer story unfolds..

there are indeed many surprises and bonuses which are presented upon finishing chapters and many different plot scenarios to explore, depending on your choices and actions also behind the scenes and concept art for this kind of production is always worthwhile.

There's so much this game has to give so before i ruin it with stories and spoilers just be prepared for a really great game experience which with no doubt changes (even if for a little while) the way you think gaming.
It actually feels like taking part in something game-play no doubt but also the included unfolding bonus contents and behind the scenes visualizes the efforts which Sony and Quantic-dreams went through to produce and bring you Heavy Rain.

Tekken 6 - Is here to stay!!!

Not Being a big Tekken franchise fan to begin with and missing out on most of this extraordinarily near perfect figting game i must admit that upon unpacking the Tekken6 special edition it felt like I'm facing a whole new level of product .
out of the new PS3 console sized special edition art covered box came an incredibly beautiful and detailed art book depicting the games new and old characters all rendered in hi res and nicely composed shots, an old school analog fight stick controller featuring its own artwork and the game itself which along with the old set of classic fighters introduces enough new characters to keep the old gang playing the new game.
A campaign mode is also introduced and includes numerous movies to be unlocked, ghost mode and Arcade mode, the usual versus and training and online modes.

The gameplay is fast relentless and immersing like almost no other fighting game I've yet to come across and the styling of both moves and arts with the occasional glowing blasts help keep the egde on the match and the style flowing.
Each character can perform between 90-140 different moves so there's surely a type to fit your preferred fighting style.
So...What will U fight for .. ?
